THE TALLEST BUILDING IN THE WORLD...

The 2717 feet tall building is located in the famous state of Dubai. Construction of the World-record tower began on January 6, 2004. The work was completed in the year 2009 after 5 years of continuous labor contribution. The opening took place on January 4, 2010. The foundation is made of 330,000 cubic meters of concrete. It is estimated that it cost us $ 1.5 billion to complete. It was funded and operated by a number of companies and is truly owned by "Emaar properties".

It consists of 57 lifts moving up and down at a speed of 40 Km p.h. The temperature gradually changes from bottom to top. The upper and lower temperatures are measured at “6 c”. This is in the shape of a “Y” when viewed from the air. This is thought to be due to the fact that the structure of the building changes as the building profile rises from the floor. According to Bill Bakery, the architect, the Burj Khalifa tower is similar to a clock in Switzerland. He says so because this creation is active against the phenomena of nature. That is to say, it has been designed using special technology to withstand natural disasters such as gravity, hurricanes and earthquakes.

As mentioned above, This unique design holds a number of world records.

1.       The tallest building in the world.

2.       The tallest sitting apartment in the world.

3.       The tallest outdoor observation deck in the world.

     4.       The tallest and longest elevator in the world.

It is designed to house 30,000 luxury apartments, cinemas, gardens, showrooms, aquariums and the 12-hectare “Burj Khalifa Lake”. A unique design that combines wind direction, wind tension and wind engineering. Four people were reported killed during the construction of the structure. The state of Dubai, which has an oil-based economy, is well known for its wind-winning masterpiece.
