Meditation is a unique process of lighting our emotions to a higher level. It is also a rapid development of mind. In other words, it is a successful attempt by people to create good behavioral and psychological satisfaction.

some people think this is the other way around. This is, meditation is simply an attempt to make life more painful and flee. But, once this is incorporated into their own lives, they will  be able to find true healing for themselves.

 

Preparation for meditation.

Here are some of the main objectives of meditation:

To achieve these objectives, the meditator creates the mind needed to perform the meditation.The main crop that should be cultivated by a Buddhist meditator is mindfulness.

Another important aspect of meditation preparation is the posture used for meditation. These are also called seats. It is basically two parts.

Luxury posture

This seat is a sitting posture. This is an easy posture and a classical meditation posture. practicing meditation through this seat has the added benefit of strengthening the spine, slowing down metabolism and reducing fatigue.


Heroism posture

This is a basic seating system. It is considered as an ideal seat for meditators. you will find it difficult in the early days to meditate using this seat. But after training, you will be able to sit steadily between your feet on the ground.
It is quite difficult for a person who is not in the habit of meditating, to remember the good deeds he has done and can easily adopt it.
 
Let us now discuss some type of meditation:

Maitreya meditation

Being a friend is what you love about your life and company it to someone else and giving it to him. This is called the Maithri meditation, which one practices as a meditation.The supreme Buddha has preached that in the course of the maithri meditation,The "pancha nivarana Dharma" will be suppressed and the mind set within. The maithri objectives also,by meditating on mindfulness and meditating on the maithri meditation, one has the ability to attain the path of "Anagami and Arhath".

Samatha meditation

This is simply called meditation to calm the mind. This meditation will relieve your lust. on of the main objectives of this is to improve the mind in the way that meditation can be cultivated. similarly, the growth of the Anapanasathi meditation gives you move access to the samatha meditation. one of the hallmarks of this meditation is to look at the abdominal motions during the breathing process and to accept the mind.

Vidarshana meditation

A method of meditation. the simple idea is to see the Dhamma through himself. This meditation is a reflection of how to remove the weaknesses of the mind and develop wisdom. In vidarshana meditation, the mind does not agree with one objective,but instead it is to understand the present state of mind of character.
